Secret Pro alone is excellent, but the real magic is in combinations. For deep acne scarring, I'll pair RF Microneedling with CO2 fractional resurfacing in the same session — the RF stimulates dermal remodeling while the CO2 smooths the surface. For volume loss patients who don't want surgery, I'll combine RF Microneedling with Salmon PDRN to amplify collagen response. The single-treatment patients see good results; the combination patients see exceptional ones. Your skin will be red and may feel warm, similar to a sunburn. You will receive a detailed aftercare plan, including which products to use and what to avoid.

Redness and swelling will begin to subside. You may notice tiny, pinprick scabs from the needles, but these are part of the healing process and will flake away naturally.
