As they are withdrawn, they simultaneously emit controlled radiofrequency energy into the dermis. The device can be combined with CO2 fractional laser, PDRN, or Laser Genesis depending on your concerns.

When I combine RF Microneedling with other treatments
Secret Pro alone is excellent, but the real magic is in combinations. For deep acne scarring, I'll pair RF Microneedling with CO2 fractional resurfacing in the same session — the RF stimulates dermal remodeling while the CO2 smooths the surface. For volume loss patients who don't want surgery, I'll combine RF Microneedling with Salmon PDRN to amplify collagen response. The single-treatment patients see good results; the combination patients see exceptional ones. After Treatment
Your skin will be red and may feel warm, similar to a sunburn. You will receive a detailed aftercare plan, including which products to use and what to avoid.
1 – 3 Days
Redness and swelling will begin to subside. You may notice tiny, pinprick scabs from the needles, but these are part of the healing process and will flake away naturally.
3 – 7 Days
Any lingering dryness or rough texture will resolve. Your skin will begin to feel smoother and look more radiant.
3 – 6 Months
As new collagen and elastin are produced, you will continue to see gradual improvements in skin tightness, texture, and tone, with full results becoming visible during this time.
